5. Medicines

Certain type of medicines will decrease your metabolism rate and increase your appetite. They include corticosteroids, antidepressants and seizure medicines.

Having enough sleep is crucial in maintaining the balance between the hormones ghrelin (that makes you feel hungry) and hormones leptin (that makes you feel full). When you lack of sleep, your hormone ghrelin increases while the hormone leptin decreases. This will make you feel hungrier thus causing you to eat more than you really should.

1. Exercise

Start off with simple exercises. As long as you get the calories going on burn, then chances to reduce weight by time are present. You can start with simple morning walks. You should exercise at least 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes each course. This is one of the most effective solutions for obesity.

2. A healthy diet

If possible, avoid food with calories. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Cut down meat intake, but not completely. Instead you can take fish and skinless chicken. And remember to eat in small portions. You should also cut back on your per day sugar intake.
