1. Utkatasan (Chair Pose)
In order to do this yoga pose, stand on the floor or on a mat as you please. Bend both your knees simultaneously. You may stretch your hands to the front or above.

2. Trikonasan (Triangle Pose)
To do this one, stand on the ground by stretching out your legs on each sides such that they form an inverted spread out ‘V’. Touch your left foot with your right hand while keeping the other hand straight and pointing towards the sky. Hold the pose while you look up and feel the stretch in the body. Do it with the other leg as well.

3. Ardh chandrasan (Half Moon Pose)
In order to do this yoga, stand on a firm ground. Bend your body either to the left or right and touch the ground with your palm.Stretch the other leg and hand in the upward direction. Hold the pose for a while. Repeat the pose with the other leg.

4. Vajrasan ( Diamond Pose/ Kneeling Pose/ Pelvic Pose/ Thunderbolt Pose/ Adamantine Pose)
To do this pose, sit on the floor or on a mat. Fold your knees to the back such that your feet touch your buttocks. Retain this position.

5. Natrajasan (Dancing Shiva Pose)
In order to do this pose, stand on a mat or on the ground. Lift a particular leg and hold it with the respective hand position as shown in the figure. Stretch out the other hand and keep it in chin mudra. Hold the pose for sometime and then repeat these steps with the other leg.

6. Warrior Pose 3
In order to do this pose, stand on a firm ground. Bend your body forward in the direction of your left foot and stretch your hands forward. After attaining stability in this pose, lift the other leg. Try to bring your right leg, torso and hands in one straight line. Hold the pose for a while. Repeat this with the other leg as well.

Bridge Pose
7. Setu Bandha Sarvangasan (Bridge pose)
In order to do this, lie on the floor or on a mat.Keep your hands by your side in such a manner that the palm touches the ground. Slowly raise the body from the hips region upwards. Hold the pose for a while.
