From these asanas, I personally have tried 4th and 6th asanas. The best thing about all the asanas is that they cure many other diseases also. As the International Yoga Day is approaching, it’s really important for all of us to inculcate yoga in our life.
I am also planning to devote some time in practicing yoga. Thanks for these great asanas.

Hi, so what youre saying is after 2yrs of hairloss these techniques worked for you?

      1. debshikha banerjee Reply

        Hi Jay,

        Welcome to HNBT 🙂
These pranayams and yoga’s will show effect, but certainly when you are regular with them and after almost a month or so. Yoga and pranayam take time to influence your existing system. Your hair fall will certainly stop, provided other factors like drinking fluids, lifestyle, avoiding oily food and other such factors are kept a check. Once the hair fall is curbed, you will definitely notice a boost in the quality and quantity of your hair.
Two years of hairloss is certainly a huge time span and huge damage. One or two months will not show you the results you want. Alteast half a year is needed to show visible changes.

        Happy Sunday 🙂
        Regards
        Debshikha

    Hi,
I have been been fighting with my hairfall for 12 years, I tried a lot of different natural tips, oil, lemon, multaani mitti, curd, and many more but no results… Still my hair is falling regularly, during bathing, combing, now I m tired to try all the things, please guide me how to get my hair as before or atleast I can stop by falling it 🙁

    1. Keerthana Nair Reply

Hi there Ashok, we suggest you see a doctor to first determine the root cause of this. Persistent hair fall can be due to many reasons, particularly medical conditions and scalp infection. Hair fall of this sort are difficult to combat by natural remedies and need medical attention.
