How To Do Sudarshan Kriya Yoga?

1. Three stages of pranayama : The three stages of pranayama will be done while sitting in Vajrasana pose*(sitting with legs folded and ankle touching hips). It comprises of 3 different poses.

2. Bhastrika : This is also done in vajrasana in three sets with powerful breathing. From vajrasan the sitting posture is changed to sukhasan.

3. Chanting OM three times.**

4. Three levels of breathing(slow,medium and fast).
