In your recipe #9, I’m sorry to tell you but it’s not “gram” flour (good grief!) it’s “graham flour”. This is a very old type flour that is not always readily available anymore. You may have to hunt far and wide for it. Ask at your local health food store and if they don’t stock it, they may try to order it for you. You will probably need to buy at least a pound of it if they have to order it because otherwise it would not be worth it to them, unless they decide to stock it for sale.
This is just to clarify the spelling so you actually KNOW what to look for. There is no such thing as “gram flour”. I think this site is foreign or they would probably know about graham flour.
